Executive Summary:
Manufacturing savvy professional with over 40 years in line, staff and consulting experience. As a consultant, Gary has worked with several of our nation’s leading corporations and government agencies. Prior to becoming a supply chain consultant, he was both a materials manager and plant manager. With his valuable hands-on manufacturing expertise, he is able to give his clients practical solutions to their lean or supply chain process activities. He has also been presented the prestigious “Award of Excellence” from the U.S. Army Materiel Command for his leadership with their Logistics Modernization Program. Gary was named “Instructor of the Year” for the Milwaukee Chapter of the American Production and Inventory Control Society.

Edward Haynes MBA,CLTD,CSCP

A Supply Chain/Procurement executive with over twenty years of experience with Fortune 500 companies in Industrial Global Supply Chain Management/Logistics and LEAN Construction. During that time, Ed has managed others in managing distribution, manufacturing, transportation, 3rd party services and supported sourcing of components that included Electrical, Plate & Coil Steel, Automotive Components, & Mechanical Assemblies. Throughout his career, developing clear business plans and implementing winning strategies has been the core. Driving measurable results, which supports successful market growth and customer service is always a part of the strategy. A proven leader who applies knowledge to achieve results through consensus and vision. Ed is an instructor for APICS CLTD and CSCP.
Erin Theusch, MPA, CPIM

A materials management manager with over thirteen years of experience with a Fortune 500 OEM manufacturing company. She started her career in supply chain and is progressing into management in the various areas of material flow manufacturing, transportation, and 3rd party warehousing. Throughout her career she’s been involved in strategic related factory master planning projects, new product program introductions and touched on all aspects of supply chain from inbound transportation to point of use delivery. Erin is an instructor for ASCM CPIM.

Shimai Wu

Shimai’s 20 years of professional experience covers the end-to-end supply chain, including demand planning, forecasting, master production scheduling, inventory optimization and purchasing. He implemented and led S&OP processes for companies to improve inventory turns and availability. Shimai combines his business acumen with his data analytics capabilities to deliver solutions to supply chain challenges and achieve measurable results.

Chuck Nemer

Chuck Nemer is a trainer/consultant with 45 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Lean, Leadership, and APICS. He teaches Operations Management at an urban based university in St Paul Mn. He is active both locally and nationally in his ASCM professional society as well, in the areas of instructor development and curriculum development.
Chuck has spent his career in various areas of Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and Leadership. Within those 45 years, he has taught, and continues to teach, professional certification classes for ASCM, professional development seminars and programs on his own, and on behalf of colleges in their outreach programs to local and regional manufacturing firms.

Tim Brinkmann

Tim has a passion for applying APICS principles in organizations, data analytics, and growing others to help their teams work more effectively.
The last 15+ years have transitioned Tim from:
- hands-on manufacturing engineering designing fixtures and running CNCs
- to operations management
- to supporting ERP implementations, improving business processes, and writing data collection/analytics programs
- and now teaching CPIM
The turning point in Tim's career was completing the CPIM certification program. Its principles crystalized a process/tools for making things work better in every aspect of a business, and gave him the confidence to understand how to help others.
